Next week is National Science Week. The purpose of British Science Week is to encourage people of all ages to get involved in various scientific disciplines. Science helps us to understand the world that we live in, and it also helps provide solutions to difficult problems in real life situations. British Science Week will encourage our children to do this and to carry this thinking beyond and into our science curriculum. We had a visit from Devon Science today. These fun, interactive assemblies focus on Newton's 3 laws of motion. The children thoroughly enjoyed the visits today to launch the learning next week.
