Year 3 have had a great first few weeks back. They have had a visit from the National Marine Park to talk to them and ask them some questions prior to our visit to the aquarium in November. Silver Birch have produced some great sentences about their thoughts and feelings around our new text ‘The beasties’. We started a basketball unit in PE where we spent some time looking at throwing, catching and dribbling a ball. Science retrieval! Silver Birch showed great knowledge of their materials and properties from Year 2 in preparation for starting our unit on rocks next week.
