Yesterday, Jenny from the Art and Energy collective visited school. Jenny shared the inspiration behind making a 50 metre long Mossy carpet. They learned about the importance of tiny mosses in our ecosystem. Making the Mossy carpet brings us all together to think about what we can do to help our planet. The carpet has been displayed in The Box Museum, the Theatre Royal and plans are being made for it to be taken to the London to share with the government. Year 3 and 4 made pom-poms to add to the mossy carpet project.
