Cherry Class started a new book in English. They've been looking at a fiction text called ‘Escape from Pompeii’, which links really nicely to their history learning! They worked in small groups to find clues and evidence in the text about what was happening or what was going to happen next.

The children in Cherry Class showed great understanding in their first lesson on Area. It was also fantastic to see them showing valued collaboration. 

In Science Class, Cherry Class started their new unit ‘Sound’. The children conducted some investigations to see how we hear sound, thinking particularly about vibrations.
