In Beech Class the children have been designing their ‘doodler’ which they are going to get to make next week as part of their science and DT learning. As part of the Beech Class reward, the children voted for some cookie baking! With very clean hands they have, sifted, mixed and decorated cookies. We started a new unit of Art which will include studying different well-known artists who use painting and mixed media to produce their work. We started by analysing David Hockney’s work and the children produced super research pages responding to some of his most famous work!
